After downloading the file, extract and copy the file to

"C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDVD8\Skins\"

To change the skin of your PowerDVD player please do the following:

Click on "Configuration" (or press Ctrl+C), then select the "User Interface" tab, then select the skin from the list (Dropdown Box).
